Welcome daydreamers!
As you might notice, my blog is blank! I've decided to make a fresh start, and would love to invite you along. I haven't been writing blog posts for awhile because they're not that popular anymore, but I miss it. So with that in mind, I'm going to start again. Do a dance! Get happy! Feel yourself go crazy! ;)
With this in mind, you might be wondering what I have planned to write since I've deleted all of my previous posts and tutorials. That's the magic question, isn't it? I've given a lot of thought to this for almost a year now, going back and forth in my mind between what is " logical and good business" and "what my heart wants to do." Guess which direction I'm going in? That's right my dearly demented readers. It's going to get all pumpa, pumpa, beat, beat, beat up in this blog. The truth is, I don't care about algorithms, or what's popular, whether it's too wordy, or if I can hold your attention. I've tried to do things the "suggested" way, and frankly I've found that it sucks the life out of creative minds. So I'm done with it. This is my space, so I'm going to make it pj comfy. That means goofy posts, lots of personality, bushels and bushels of creativity, tips, and tricks, a tutorial now and then, a scattering of reviews, a kingdom's worth of artwork, (maybe two!), lots of videos, a menagerie of poetry, perhaps a cookbook worth of recipes, some zany humor, and quite possibly a rant or two about who knows what. Dear diary, did I remember to include the kitchen sink?"
I believe in art from the heart. I believe that creativity is some of the best medicine out there. And I believe that right now there's a trend of just selling product and focusing on a fast "reward" that gets people hooked into buying verses getting people hooked on the soul rejuvenating deliciousness that is creating with purpose. So I'm hoping that by sharing a heavy dollop of my own creative love, I can be one of the shimmering droplets in the tide of heart art that surges across the universe. That's right! Pluto or bust, baby! How's that for short term goals? ;) I'll be serious on occasion, too. Darn those facets! Shine bright like a Moissanite! How about a Zircon? Yeah! A pink one! Or orange. A dawn colored one!
Did I mention I'm quite content having fruit loops for posts? No? You're welcome. Crunch, crunch, baby. She's kooky, kooky crazy.
